@kathgetsfit Ladies, please do not stress out this week over what you eat and how much you eat of it. You are not defined by what you consume. You are not what you eat. The holiday season only rolls around once a year, and you deserve to enjoy it. Even if that means indulging in one more slice of pumpkin pie or a little bit of eggnog. Wake up. Move your body. Spend time with your loved ones and eat some yummy food. Be THANKFUL for your wonderful body, not shameful that you went for seconds at Thanksgiving dinner. You were not made to spend your time worrying about being smaller. You were not made to lose a few extra pounds. You were made to move and eat and LIVE. You were made to love life and enjoy it to the FULLEST. Happy Thanksgiving, y'all ❤️ now it's time to go eat some turkey 🦃
@keystenGrand Cayman Happy Thanksgiving to all of my friends and family in the USA. 🦃 I hope you all get to spend this day with those that you care about the most! On days like this living abroad without your immediate family can be hard, but I'm so thankful for this beautiful place I live and my island family. I hope everyone has a great day and eats some good food!🍽️
